10 ways to show up for yourself: ⁣ ⁣ 1. Commit 10 ways to show up for yourself: ⁣
⁣
1. Commit to habits, practices, routines, and rituals that are good for you and your well-bring even when you don’t want to. ⁣
⁣
2. Allow yourself to feel a multitude of feelings without labeling it as wrong, bad, or negative. ⁣
⁣
3. Practice self-forgiveness; for not being perfect, for forgetting, for your past, for what you know now. ⁣
⁣
4. Let yourself start again, over and over, as often as needed. ⁣
⁣
5. Practice listening to your needs and discovering different ways to meet those needs. ⁣
⁣
6. Make sure all your basic needs are priority: stay hydrated, get enough sleep, move your body, and eat for nourishment. ⁣
⁣
7. Give yourself permission to rest, take breaks, and to have down time. ⁣
⁣
8. Spend quality time with yourself reading, writing, creating, and getting to know who you are underneath who you think you should be. ⁣
⁣
9. Use a lens of curiosity and compassion with yourself as often as possible. ⁣

I got asked what has been my biggest obstacle this I got asked what has been my biggest obstacle this month. Then I was like holy smokes I don’t even know what I was thinking about July 1. That seems like a different stage and time of life this month has been so full on me. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
So here’s what has happened this July. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
* Completed a website project ⁣⁣
* Moved to the most beautiful villa @sollilabali ⁣⁣
* Took an @authenticrelatingtraining  ⁣⁣
* Had my birthday - turned 26⁣
* ⁣Finished a full branding project @potagerandpetals ⁣
* Created 2 blogs for @alivewholefoodstorebali ⁣⁣
* landed a longterm blogging position with another company  ⁣⁣
* Onboarded new branding/website client ⁣⁣
* Received news I will be in @mantramagazine next month ⁣⁣
* Took @benshen.co course ⁣⁣
* Meditated 25 days for 25 mins ⁣⁣
* Did a deep dive in ceremony to heal some life long stored traumas⁣⁣
* Finally created and new insta account⁣ @studioshaktidesigns ⁣
⁣⁣
I took some time in the middle of June and got crystal freaking clear on what I wanted (& why I wanted it) by August 1. Then I got into the vibration of I am going to make this happen. I am going to magnetize these things to me and that’s the way it is gonna be. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Although, I haven’t been just walking on sunshine for the last 30 days. I have had to level up a lot this month. I deeply understood the @gurujagat teaching “ prepare for the success you want to have” bc there were many moments spent in overwhelm from wow I am getting everything I asked for and I have no clue how to handle all this. Every day there is some learning curve in some areas of my life and I still fall on my face sometimes. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
So I am going to take the next few days and make my vision for the next 6 weeks and who I want to continue to become and attract in August. ⁣🦩🐚🧘🏼‍♀️

I have finallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy created an Instagram for Studio Shakti. @studioshaktidesigns

It’s still a work in progress but I think I got the aesthetics right today. 🦩⁣
⁣
⁣
So I would be thrilled if you would follow it so it looks like I have some street creds when sending it to potential clients. ⁣
⁣
⁣

Next month I am not making any goals or putting an Next month I am not making any goals or putting any focus on personal growth or spiritual development. ⁣
⁣
I am going to continue to do my normal practices to stay sane but I am not doing any fixing, unblocking, healing, working on this area of my self, yadda yadda.... I actually feel a little guilty even doing this. ⁣
⁣
I have been hardcore self-helping for like 6 years straight. And it’s always working… I keep showing up as the new best version of myself all the time. ⁣
⁣
But it can get toxic. Feeling like there is always something in yourself that needs tending too or working with. You never really feel like you are completely perfect just the way you are because you see the potential of another area of yourself you can develop. ⁣
⁣
So my visions and plans for next month will be created around business and beauty. Developing my projects, landing more clients, and doing things that make me feel radiant and beautiful. ✨⁣
⁣
I really went in full power this month on healing and growing to come into my new year the best I could be & I want to experience the headspace of not actively be trying to developing a part of yourself for a while. ⁣
⁣
& shoutout to @bresciabercane for teaching me how to tie this sarong into a dress! 🐚🌈🦋
