Namaste! I am Colleen. Let’s see my labels would include seeker, curious world traveler, bohemian fashionista, kundalini yogi, and all-around creative.
I started this platform when I was a fresh yoga teacher to share my story, teachings, and growth. I wanted to craft a personal brand for myself and establish myself in the wellness world. It is one of the best choices I have ever made. Mind Body Colleen has opened the door for so many opportunities and landed me in yoga magazines, teaching gigs in exotic places, and it has allowed me to work online and live in Bali.
